Capital and Refurbishments Project Manager, Jayneil Mistry had his work cut out for him when GAS took on GAS Brick Street early on in 2020.
While he was able to see what work was needed in the forecourt, he could not see what was required in the shop until the keys were handed over. This was due to the shop being closed and all windows being entirely frosted. None of this phased Jayneil who gained access and commenced work on August 28th 2020. Within just 6 weeks GAS Brick Street was completely transformed allowing our experienced Retailer, Harpreet Singh, Timpy Bajaj and Family to start trading in early October. Along with installing new lighting, flooring,
CCTV cameras, a commercial kitchen, night-pay window, customer bathrooms, a fresh lick of paint, wall-mounted TVs for menu and marketing purposes, and Jayneil still managed to incorporate a small cafe seating area. This is truly one of the most impressive renovations ever committed by GAS, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result.
