Full Terms & Conditions

Promotion:

1. The promoter is Gasoline Alley Services Limited (“g.a.s.”), PO Box 37653, Parnell, Auckland.

2. By entering this Competition Draw (“Competition”) entrants will be deemed to have accepted all the terms & conditions set out herein (the “Terms & Conditions”).

3. Participating g.a.s. Petrol Service Stations are listed online at www.g.a.s..kiwi

4. The promotion runs from Wednesday 1 October 2025 at 00:01am NZST to Friday 31 October 2025 at 11:59pm NZST (“Promotion Period”).

5. Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be valid.

Eligibility

6. Entry is open to all customers who purchase fuel at g.a.s. during the Promotion Period.

7. Employees of g.a.s., g.a.s. Retailers or their employees, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

8. Purchase fuel at any g.a.s. Petrol Service Station in New Zealand during the promotion period. Enter the following details online:

Your name, email address, mobile number, date of your October purchase, site purchased and your receipt number.

You can enter multiple times. Each purchase of fuel at g.a.s. counts as one entry when details are entered via www.gas.kiwi/bbqpromotion.

Prizes

9. There are four (4) x Weber® Q™ Midnight Black LPG BBQS & Portable Carts to be won each week of the Promotion Period.

10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account holder.

Winner Selection & Notification

11. A random draw will take place at the end of each week (10th, 17th, 24th October and 3 November 2025) of the Promotion Period, with 1 winner selected from all valid entries received during that week.

12. Winners will be contacted by email or phone using the details provided with your online entry. Prizes will be delivered to a g.a.s. Petrol Service Station of winner’s choice or to a mutually agreed address. 

13. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, g.a.s. reserves the right to redraw the prize.

14. Winners will be announced on g.a.s. & social media channels and website.

General Terms

15. g.a.s. reserves the right, without notice, to vary these Terms & Conditions or to shorten, modify, suspend, defer or terminate the Competition.

16. g.a.s. is not responsible for any technical issues, including errors or delays in entries being processed.

17. To the extent permitted by law, g.a.s. and any other person or party associated with this Promotion, shall not be liable to any entrants in respect of any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss or damage), including personal injury suffered as a result of, or arising in connection with, the Competition or winning (or not winning) the Prize.

18. By entering the Competition, entrants agree that g.a.s. may contact them for future promotions. Entrants may opt out of receiving such information at any time. Personal information will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Entrants have the right to access personal information and request corrections to any errors therein in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

19. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and entrants agree that the New Zealand courts will have full jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of these Terms & Conditions.

20. g.a.s. reserves the right to withhold the award of the Prizes if g.a.s. suspects that there has been a security breach within this Promotion or any application or program used to conduct the Promotion or that  an entrant has hacked or otherwise improperly accessed the application or website in order to win the Prizes.

21. g.a.s. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Competition if g.a.s. has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the Terms & Conditions or otherwise fails to meet the Competition criteria.

22. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

23. All decisions by g.a.s. regarding this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
